4. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to product availability
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and Online Payments
• Orders once confirmed cannot be modified

5. Delivery Policy

• Premium Delivery: 60 minutes delivery time
• Normal Delivery: 120 minutes delivery time
• Delivery within 10 km radius of Rasra, Ballia
• Delivery time starts after order confirmation

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing
• Once order is out for delivery, cancellation not possible
• For COD orders, no cancellation charges apply

7. Return & Refund

• Damaged or wrong products can be returned within 24 hours
• Refund processed within 5-7 business days
• Product must be unused and in original packaging

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
