5. Delivery Timings
- Monday - Saturday: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Holidays: Limited delivery (check app/website)
6. What to Expect at Delivery
- Rider will call before arriving
- Check products before accepting delivery
- For COD, keep exact change ready
- Digital payments accepted at doorstep (UPI QR)
- Refuse delivery if products are damaged
7. Missed Deliveries
If you're not available at the time of delivery:
- Rider will wait for 10 minutes
- After 2 failed attempts, order will be cancelled
- Re-delivery may incur additional charges
