3. Vendor Cancellation

Vendor may cancel your order if:

• Product is out of stock
• Quality check fails
• Pricing error detected
• Delivery address outside service area

In such cases, you receive full refund automatically within 24 hours.

5. Partial Cancellation

You can cancel individual items from a multi-item order:

• Cancelled items removed from order
• Delivery charges adjusted if applicable
• Refund only for cancelled items

6. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation after 5 minutes may incur:

• Restocking fee: 10% of order value (min ₹10)
• Rider cancellation fee: ₹20 (if rider already assigned)

7. Bulk Order Cancellation

For bulk orders (₹5000+):

• Cancel up to 2 hours before delivery
• 25% cancellation fee may apply
• Contact dedicated support for assistance

8. Force Majeure

Orders may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control:

• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes)
• Government restrictions (curfews, lockdowns)
• Extreme weather conditions
• Political unrest

Full refund provided in such cases.
