1. Return Eligibility

You can return products within 24 hours of delivery if:

• Product is damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered
• Product is expired
• Quantity mismatch
• Product quality issues

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable items (fruits, vegetables) - unless delivered spoiled
• Personal care products (if seal is broken)
• Frozen items (once thawed)
• Items on clearance sale
• Gift cards

5. Replacement Policy

For defective products, you can request a replacement instead of a refund:

• Replacement sent within 2-3 days
• Same product replacement only
• No extra delivery charges

6. Partial Returns

For orders with multiple items, you can return individual items. Refund will be processed for returned items only.

7. Refund Exceptions

Refund may be denied if:

• Return request after 24 hours of delivery
• Product shows signs of misuse
• Original packaging missing
• Return reason doesn't match our policy
